Compensation

About the Role
As a Recruitment Lead , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's hiring strategy and ensuring they attract top-tier talent. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong hiring processes, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive growth. Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to onboarding, hiring strategy, and talent operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment : Own and refine the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Sourcing & Outreach : Identify, engage, and attract top candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop effective hiring strategies.
Talent Operations : Oversee recruitment metrics, refine hiring workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.
Onboarding & Culture : Support new hires' transition into the company and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth startups or tech environments.
Sourcing Expertise : Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pools, and recruitment tools.
Communication Skills : Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Process-Oriented : Experience optimizing recruitment operations and driving efficiency.
Adaptability : A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in technical recruiting , particularly in semiconductors, electronics, or AI .
Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
Exposure to executive hiring or talent operations .
