In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of highly experienced professionals requiring a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering optical transceiver products into data center customers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in engineering and optical subsystem development.
- Define system architecture, design, interfaces, and tradeoffs to meet product schedules.
- Align product vision with strategic goals in coordination with leadership.
- Oversee system and subassembly development with external partners.
- Collaborate with teams on feature specs, requirements, and resource trade-offs.
- Ensure product releases meet performance goals and business needs.
- Drive hardware platform development with internal and external partners.
