Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business by both generating leads and closing deals. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate the value of performance marketing to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in key industries such as e-commerce, retail, CPG and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using a mix of cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls.
  • Attend relevant conferences and tradeshows to meet with and source prospects.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls to assess their needs and potential fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.

Sales & Closing Deals

  • Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and how our agencys expertise aligns with their needs.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of performance marketing, paid media strategies, and ROI-driven digital advertising.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly outline our approach, methodologies, and expected results.
  • Handle objections confidently, addressing concerns around budget, ROI, and competitive differentiation.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing while ensuring deals align with both client goals and agency profitability.
  • Close new business and transition new clients seamlessly to the client success and strategy teams for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal status in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Who You Are

Were looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, paid media, SaaS, or agency sales.
  • Has a track record of success in both lead generation and deal closure.
  • Is skilled at conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling sales pitches, and handling objections.
  • Has experience selling B2B marketing services, performance marketing, or digital advertising solutions.
  • Understands key marketing metrics such asCPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC and can communicate their impact effectively to potential clients.
  • Familiar with the benefits and advantages of advertising platforms such asMeta, Google, TikTok, Reddit etc.
  • Is comfortable managing longer sales cycles that require strategic follow-ups and multi-touchpoint engagement.
  • Has strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
  • Is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once.
  • Has experience working with sales tools, CRMs (Hubspot), and prospecting automation platforms such as Apollo.io.
  • Is US-based or has direct experience selling to the US market.
