Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Founding Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and expanding accounts. You will play a critical role in defining and refining our sales processes, working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to scale our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and are eager to make an outsized impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and playbooks to optimize revenue generation.
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles, leveraging data-driven insights and creative outreach methods.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and articulate value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, positioning as the best solution in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate value to customers at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales technologies.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and helping businesses succeed.
