Title : Contract Electrical Engineer Technician
Type of Hire : Contract – 3 months
Location : Mequon, WI
Key Points :
- Ability to read blueprints
- SolidWorks
- The ability to read electrical schematics
- Experience working with electrical diagnostic equipment (DC power supply, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- PCB troubleshooting and repair experience
- Soldering experience for basic cables and PCBs with THT and SMD components
- Experience with basic optical imaging calculations
- An understanding of analytic ray tracing of an optical system
- Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks experience is a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- 3D printing experience is a plus
- Experience with Arduino is a plus
- CAD review; identify and troubleshoot issues
- Will not be doing any major designs, just identifying issues, and helping troubleshoot
