We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple machine-build projects from conception to completion and looking for someone with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project challenges in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple custom machine projects from order receipt through shipment, ensuring all projects meet customer specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Documentation & Communication: Create comprehensive project documentation, manage ERP system records, and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and finance teams to adjust project plans, address changes, and ensure smooth execution.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, schedules, deliverables, and necessary testing (including FAT and applications testing).
• Testing & Support: Coordinate and facilitate any necessary project testing and ensure all requirements are met to guarantee successful delivery.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address project challenges, adapting work plans as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Freight Coordination: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate project execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with varying timelines.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and balance multiple priorities.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred (not required) to support expansion into Latin American markets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus Potential: End-of-year discretionary bonus based on company performance.
