Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Germantown, WI
Salary: $125K - $150K 10% bonus (based on company and individual performance)
Relocation: Considered for an ideal candidate; preference for those within driving distance (Southeastern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, or Madison).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join a rapidly growing manufacturer in Germantown, WI. This role will be a critical part of the expansion in molding engineering as the company looks to increase its capacity. The Program Manager will work closely with business development, customers, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business development to quote new opportunities and transition them to operations.
- Utilize Excel extensively for quoting and analysis.
- Create presentations using Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
- Develop tooling specifications for RFQs, ensuring tools are scalable to meet volume and application requirements.
- Interface with customers regarding quoting, mold specifications, and tooling needs.
- Troubleshoot mold issues when needed.
- Leverage SolidWorks and Creo (used frequently in this role).
Technical Requirements:
- Injection Molding expertise: must have a deep understanding of mold design and scalability (not responsible for mold building).
- Ability to assess tooling for scalability based on application requirements and project needs.
- Review customer feedback and adjust tooling specifications accordingly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience, preferably in Program Management within injection molding or a related engineering field.
- Experience with CapEx development and preparing manufacturing proposals for pricing.
- Medical device industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, including pricing and profit margins.
- Ability to estimate molding process times and develop tooling specifications.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Creo.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Onsite work is required; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
