Key Responsibilities
- Blood Draws & Sample Processing: Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care.
- IV Therapy Assistance: Support IV therapy preparation and administration under clinical supervision.
- Patient Interaction: Provide a comforting and professional experience for patients undergoing lab procedures.
- Lab Coordination: Ensure timely processing, labeling, and transport of specimens to partner labs.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and ensure proper documentation in the EMR system.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Phlebotomy Certification: Current certification (CPT) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or wellness-focused setting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, and IV support.
- Interpersonal Strengths: A warm, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate in a dynamic healthcare setting.
