Accelerated Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change and Trademark Carwash brands. This role will provide marketing support and administrative assistance to the entire Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or
- Minimum of four years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com)
Key Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work with ambiguity
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Department, providing marketing assistance and administrative support for Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change and Trademark Carwash.
- Manage the Grand Opening process for new store locations, including acquisitions, ensuring all tasks stay on schedule by completing task and updating and maintaining multiple trackers.
- Oversee department invoices, including reviewing, approving, and tracking payments.
- Place and track signage orders for field locations on both an ongoing and as-needed basis.
- Assist with customer service efforts, including direct customer communication.
- Manage and review all marketing proofs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Pull reports and analyze key KPIs to support marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain SOPs and ensure departmental organization, including internal trackers and filing.
- Support local marketing initiatives, including coordinating orders, promotional materials, and local sponsorship requests.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of marketing projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing operations.
