Job Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator will interact in a professional manner with customers and uphold the core values of our company. The ideal candidate will increase our direct to consumer customer base through strong product and industry knowledge, superior client service, and operational efficiency. The successful Direct to Consumer Health and Life Insurance Advisor will constantly strive to exceed all sales goals and provide exceptional client service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Expand client base and increase profitability through the development and implementation of marketing and operational workflows, policies, and practices
Learn, retain, and deliver product/industry information to clients
Self-motivate, learn, and apply sales techniques to achieve enrollment goals and identify additional referral sources
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing to clients, referral sources, carriers, supervisors and direct reports
Ensure that licensing and contracting requirements are met and maintained annually
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and customer service issues quickly
Appropriately track and prioritize volume, productivity and issues
Accurately input and maintain client and policy data in CRM system
Perform tasks and duties within deadlines given
Perform other duties as assigned
