Job Summary
Accelerated Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Key Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team, Vice President, and President to manage and monitor key accounts, ensure timely customer follow-ups, oversee the onboarding of new accounts, and support sales-driven initiatives and follow-ups.
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage key customer accounts
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Assist in managing new accounts and sales opportunities
- Support ongoing sales efforts with regular follow-up and communication
- Communicate regularly with the VP and President on key account status and sales updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all customer interactions and account information are documented accurately
Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and accounts are maintained proactively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
