KHS America is a musical instruments distributor managing more than 20 musical instrument brands. We are dedicated to the enrichment of lives through music performance and education by providing high quality musical instruments and services designed to support musicians, educators and our retail partners. The Key Account Relations Representative works with our National Accounts Administration Team and contributes to the customer experience of our largest vendor accounts by quickly and accurately managing data related to orders and products. This includes order entry, research and status updates across a variety of platforms and formats as well as efficient communication and positive interaction with vendor purchasing agents and inventory management personnel.
This Position is in office Monday-Friday business hours it is located in Mount Juliet, TN.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
· Retrieve orders from our National Accounts customers
· Provide order confirmations ETAs by e-mail
· Research and process credits, returns and invoice corrections resulting from returned items and mis-shipments
· Run and maintain open order reports with Excel spreadsheet documentation for National Account vendors
· Provide availability, price and other needed product information to vendors, as needed
· Work with Operations and Credit personnel to expedite and track orders
· Be accessible via phone or e-mail to resolve any customer issues
· Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
· Retrieve information from vendor portals and provide required updates within these platforms
· Maintain predictable, regular job attendance; 8-hour workdays Monday—Friday; minimal overtime may be required to complete job duties

Requirements
· High school diploma or state-approved high school equivalency diploma
· Two plus years of successful work experience
· Excellent phone manner
· Read and understand English and numbers
· Demonstrated ability to use personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Office business suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written
Qualifications desired:
· Familiarity with computer sales software programs
· Previous work experience that has included order entry as a job task
· Previous experience in data entry, data management or accounting
· Customer service experience
· Previous SAP experience
