Our client in Rochester is looking for Event Staff to join their growing event sales team. If you’re outgoing, driven, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences, this is the opportunity for you!
As an Event Staff member, you’ll represent a range of high-profile clients at promotional events and in-store activations throughout the Rochester area. You’ll be engaging directly with customers to promote products, answer questions, and build relationships – all while contributing to the overall success of the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable sales and event management experience, all while enjoying a fun, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients at pop-up events and in-store promotions across Rochester.
- Engage with customers face-to-face, promote products, and drive new customer acquisitions.
- Assist with event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
- Deliver clear, friendly, and informative presentations to potential customers.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth and successful events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-facing experience is preferred (retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, etc.), but we’re happy to train the right candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to commute to Rochester, NY.
