Lead Powder Coat Quality Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform quality checks on finished powder coated products
- Perform inspections on welded products before powder coat
- Record data on quality logs
- Check parts with coating thickness (mil) gauges
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-years of Quality Experience
- 2-year minimum powder coat quality experience
- Previous fast paced manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of powder coat quality control
- Knowledge of Weld Quality
- Knowledge of common powder coat defects
- Knowledge of common production weld defects
