We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Lead to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The Powder Coat Lead will be responsible for overseeing the powder coating process, ensuring quality checks are performed, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in the powder coating department.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
