The Paint Line General Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the paint line operations, including coordinating with team members to ensure production goals are met, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The Team Lead will also be responsible for training new team members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing process improvements.
Other Responsibilities Include
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Paint Line General Team Lead, with a strong understanding of paint line processes and equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training or certifications are preferred. The candidate must also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
