The Team is looking for a Manager of Business Operations. This position will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and will focus on supporting Leadership Team with all aspects of business operations. This role will work directly with Global & Strategic Account Sales organization and on aspects of day-to-day business operations, including: workforce management, program management, communications, stakeholder and employee engagement. In addition, they will have the opportunity to work on topics that have direct and significant impact on as a company.

Daily Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leaders across data analytics, finance, sales, marketing and product
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to provide recommendations to senior leadership on the viability of new initiatives and the most effective strategy for the Global & Strategic Accounts market.
- Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders across diverse teams at all levels
- Ability to effectively model, manipulate data and work with analytics tools turning them into insightful business recommendations to optimize strategy
- Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
- Support critical cross-functional projects: Building business cases for each initiative, and assisting the program to completion
- Create, implement, and drive operating rhythms, relevant artifacts, and team events to enable better communications and engagement up down, and across functions & teams; optimize cadences, drive agenda and prep for internal team rhythms, management/executive reviews
- Help to develop and coordinate executive presentations
- Help to plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Evolve team operating model including processes to enable strategic planning along with identifying opportunities for simplification, quality, and productivity improvement; and deliver the analysis and associated actions necessary to enable continuous improvement.
