Job Summary:
Join our team as a skilled professional responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of projects/programs. In this role, you will be tasked with setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project/program delivery. Reporting project status to upper management will also be a key aspect of this position. A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are typically required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete projects/programs
- Oversee all aspects of projects
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
- Prepare reports for upper management on project/program status
Skills:
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel, HTML, and SQL
- Ability to use data and metrics for driving improvements
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with tech and non-tech teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in program or project management
