Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Networking – Leverage your industry connections and business acumen to generate and maintain a pipeline of high-net-worth clients from both residential and commercial markets.
- Luxury Sales Expertise – Guide clients through the high-end design and construction process, articulating the value of premium craftsmanship, bespoke solutions, and sophisticated aesthetics.
- Project Consultation & Design Collaboration – Work closely with clients, architects, and builders to conceptualize and execute visionary designs that align with their lifestyle and brand identity.
- Market Presence & Brand Representation – Represent our brand with professionalism, refinement, and an innate understanding of luxury markets and trends.
- Self-Motivation & Goal Achievement – Take ownership of sales goals and proactively seek opportunities to elevate our clientele and project portfolio.
