Job Summary :
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, managing the entire lifecycle of projects from winning the bid to the final stages. This role is crucial in coordinating all aspects of the project, including order management, inventory tracking, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a background in office equipment, furniture, office supply, or construction industries and must excel at handling multiple moving parts while maintaining high professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management : Oversee product ordering, inventory, and delivery scheduling. Coordinate all project details and ensure timely communication with clients.
Client Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and project managers, documenting requests and managing change orders.
Status Reporting : Generate and maintain status reports, attend meetings, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Finalization : Assist with the final punch list and reorders, ensuring client satisfaction at project completion.
