This role requires a blend of accounts receivable expertise, problem-solving ability, service quoting, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities : Accounts Receivable : Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Office Administration : Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating schedules. Customer Interaction : Handle calls from customers inquiring about quotes and scheduling for services. Problem-Solving : Approach tasks with a proactive mindset. Be prepared to search for information and resolve issues. Software : Utilize QuickBooks (training provided if needed). Requirements : Previous experience in accounts receivable and office administration. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to handle a variety of personalities, including warehouse-connected environment. Basic proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
