Dispatching and Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to five designated vendors to source and price parts for technicians.
  • Evaluate vendor delivery times and prioritize fast and reliable shipping.
  • File warranty claims for defective or damaged parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and claims.

Requirements :

  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related fields is preferred.
  • HVAC knowledge or experience in construction coordination, plumbing, or auto services is a plus
  • Purchasing experience and / or experience in dispatching services and warranty claims
  • Strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple parts orders and claims.
  • Willing to work onsite M-F
