Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of agricultural products in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Manufacturing Processing Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Processing lead will oversee production lines
- Lead will supervise processes to ensure product is handled properly and is in good condition
- Lead will ensure all required sampling is prepared in accordance to guidelines and specifications
- Lead will ensure reports are accurate and in compliance
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2 years leadership background in manufacturing environments
- Candidates must have Machine Operation and Processing background
- Candidate must be mechanically inclined
- Candidates must be computer savvy
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
- Candidates must have a high school diploma; Associates degree a plus
