Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer in the embroidery industry who is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 1 st shift Monday Friday 7am to 4pm.
Responsibilities :
- Specialist will oversee the daily operations of receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse or distribution center.
- Specialist will organize the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and ensure products are stored in a safe and efficient manner.
- Specialist will lead order fulfillment processes, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Specialist will continuously review and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs using Lean techniques.
- Specialist will collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
