Job Description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled AI Policy and Strategy Advisor to join our team. In this role you will develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Shape the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices implementation to mitigate AI-related risks. Promote transparency, accountability, and align AI initiatives with the organization's values and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis, strategic planning, governance, and AI, with a deep understanding of how these areas intersect in the context of defense.
• This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI transformation, crafting the policies that will shape national security in the years to come.
• Creating and maintaining an overview of the key developments in AI regulation.
• Act as subject matter expert for AI policy.
• Delivering client projects relating to AI policy.
• Assessing the latest developments in data and AI policy and standards.
• Engaging with key stakeholders within the policy and regulatory space.
• Presenting and positioning Accenture’s point of view amongst clients and other key stakeholders.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

83,900 — $170,200 USD
