What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Business Analyst position at VSG Business Solutions LLC?
Must Have Qualifications:
Business & Data analyst.
Contracting process ( contract issue, resolutions ) is nice to have.
Data oriented, organized, quick learner of processes, experience collaborating with stakeholders and peers ,
Data quality monitoring, Attention to detail,
proficient in Excel, Documentation .
Preferred- WSS- Workday , Contracts
Must have 5 years of experience.
Understanding of Enterprise Supply Chain Source to Pay process, specifically contracting
Review for compliance with established data quality criteria (testing)
Analyze data to independently extract KRIs and KPIs while summarizing results
Aggregate data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, metric reporting
Document and track on going Data Quality monitoring activities
Analyzing Program requirements independently to be able to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues
Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with partners and stakeholders
Requirements
Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) or similar platform
At least 5 years using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs, data aggregation), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Adobe
Experience creating power point presentations
Additional Skills
Ability to demonstrate strong initiative
Capable of identifying and resolving data discrepancies collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Process focus with emphasis on data quality
Data Analysis/ Aggregation
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders
