You Are:
Deployment Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage the overall deployment of systems and technologies, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the deployment process.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of deployment schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Provide limited fielding responsibilities, overseeing the distribution and installation of equipment and technologies in the field.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams, ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, escalating any risks or delays promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of deployment procedures, including project plans, equipment inventories, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with project managers to integrate deployment activities into broader project timelines and strategies.
- Provide post-deployment support, including monitoring system performance and assisting with the resolution of any deployment-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in coordinating technology deployments, particularly in military or healthcare environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with fielding responsibilities, including equipment installation and end-user training.
- Familiarity with deployment tools, scheduling software, and IT systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to field sites as required to support deployment activities.
