This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you need to be willing to relocate to Puerto Rico or currently live in Puerto Rico to be considered.
\n- You’ll manage finances, cost engineering, scheduling, environmental considerations, regulatory compliance, labor issues, and stakeholder relations for high-risk and complex project
- You’ll coordinate project requirements with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- You’ll provide detailed project status updates to the Program Manager and the customer’s project management team
- You’ll identify and secure resources for project teams to meet project objectives
- You’ll lead overall project performance, including scope, quality, schedule, and innovation, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations
- You’ll review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission
- You’ll deliver regular, detailed project presentations to stakeholders
- You’ll ensure a collaborative working relationship among the project manager, line managers, and assigned employees
- You’ll develop and implement recovery plans to manage costs and stay within budget
- You’ll coach and lead team members in task planning, spending plans, and communication strategies
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical utilities construction project management
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Have or be willing to obtain PMP certification
- Knowledge and experience in electric transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects.
- Experience administering large-dollar projects and supervising teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety policies and compliance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with proven analytical abilities.
- The ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments while meeting strict deadlines.

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
