The Work : Operational role entails support for internal, shared, and client owned infrastructure housed within various sites and data centers. Role is part of a team that is required to support client infrastructure 24x7x365 and adhere to SLA / OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times. Environments consist of mainly Cisco devices with some Juniper equipment. Devices consist of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS / IDS, and load balancers.This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role is Cincinnati, OH but may consider qualified applicants in Tampa or Columbus.What you need : A minimum of one year of Networking or IT experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
