Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

You Are :

An OMP Planning Manager that will help develop and grow our Supply Chain & Operations Planning business for the OMP platform.

The work :

Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities :

• Leading design workshops and sprint build cycles on OPR, FCT and SOP
• Solution / design, hands-on configuration, testing and building Global Analysis document on all OMP functional areas
• Advanced modeling and configuration- Advanced Solvers, Dashboard custom features-lines, MU profiles, contexts, conflicts, etc.
• Setting up Namespace integration, SCI and non-Namespace integration design and build
• Dispatch batch job set ups and GDM / LDM table setups / changes
• Work in SAP ERP / Oracle ERP and the required data sources for OMP
• Coach and mentor consultants and contributed to knowledge capital and resource development by building in-house tools and by conducting trainings
• Serve as the chief planner / architect for delivery initiatives; ensure that the delivery architecture, capabilities and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements of the managed service offerings. Support growth and delivery of the capability.
• Architecting Planning solutions using O9, MRP to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, work flows and data management / data migration.
• Works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices.
• In-depth knowledge in different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.
• Knowledge of integrating O9 with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, work flows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts and reports etc.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
