Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Scrum Master / Product Owner to join our team. The Scrum Master / Product owner acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Responsibilities :

• Work with teams of data scientists, software engineers, and cloud engineers to define, refine, and implement customer requirements
• Work on multiple concurrent development efforts
• Apply agile principles to R&D and rapid prototyping
• Serves as the client liaison on all project matters Identifies, acquires, and utilizes company resources to achieve project objectives.
• Establishes priorities, task assignments, and completion.
• Ensures quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting project / client deadlines and budget constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify requirements

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
