Job Description: Esports Experience Required - As a Business Operations team member at Access Analytix, you'll play a vital role in supporting our inventory acquisition and management processes. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and managing inventory effectively through coordination with our remote teams. You’ll be integral to optimizing our purchasing operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry. This role demands attention to detail, decisive decision-making, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Acquisition and Management: Lead efforts in sourcing and acquiring new inventory, ensuring alignment with company standards and demand projections.
- Technology Strategy: Lead efforts to maximize technology efficiency and strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall inventory performance.
- Metric Development and Tracking: Create and maintain inventory-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective performance monitoring.
- Time-sensitive Inventory Management: Ensure timely acquisition and cataloging of new inventory to meet operational deadlines.
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage all aspects of ticket acquisitions, from initial procurement to onboarding into our inventory systems.
- System Implementation Support: Provide support in the implementation of new management systems or processes.
- Project Management: Lead and manage acquisition-related projects, including initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency and strategic sourcing.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to remote teams.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer-related tasks, demonstrating strong efficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new inventory management tools.
- Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple purchasing and inventory tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to stay focused and perform effectively in a fast-paced, often high-pressure setting, where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
