Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support dental or medical reception functions as needed, including patient scheduling and record management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
