What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Henningsen Machine Shop and Upholstery?
Responsibilities:
- Calculate Payroll and process payroll for 8 employees
- Managing website and online store (shopify)
- Quarterly reports, 940, 942, DE9, sales tax; Year end reports, W-2's
- Excel spreadsheets, invoicing, inventory, cost analysis, A/P and A/R.
- Answer phone calls, take phone orders, greet customers in person, take orders in person.
- Assist with UPS shipping and receiving, organizing and inventory
Experience:
- Payroll
- Quickbooks, Excel
-Shopify, website management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
