As the Business Development Manager at ACG, you’ll be crucial to the success of our company as a whole. In this role you will put your friendly demeaner and excellent sales skills to great use! Your success will help ACG grow by forming new relationships with new clients and continue to build on the existing relationships we have in place.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office Intermediate proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven sales experience in a related product or service
- Fast Typing Skills a must
- Self Motivated
- Government Contract experience
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret government solicitations and contracts
- Ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As ACG’s business development manager, you will work closely with various company departments to ensure information is relayed correctly and goals are met. Along your journey with ACG as our business development manager you can expect to:
- Maintain current client relationships and identify potential clients
- Contact potential customers to develop relationships and sales
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Train and manage junior sales people
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services
- Work closely with the team in all processes, training, research, and other business needs
- Support ongoing telecommunication and construction projects
- Develop processes and procedures related to QMS in the business development department
- Support the organization and filing of office documents
- Support the office with additional tasks as needed
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
Travel may be required.
