Client Wellness Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated individual with lots of personality.

Job Title: Wellness Coordinator

Function: Responsible for helping the team achieve sales objectives by providingg excellent customer service, providing our services to Members & Clients while maintaining a professional demeanor, keeping the offices tidy & carring out proper sanitation measures. This is a hands-on job. If you are not comfortable being up-close with a client, this job is not for you!

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to client questions and needs.

• Demonstrates desired behavior including focus on membership support, customer service, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with clients.

• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization and sanitation standards

• Schedules and confirms appointments for our clients and members

• Prepare client records for treatments which include and is not limited to wrapping the client, measuring the client, and properly storing everything.

• Maintains cleaning and organizing the offices.

• General administrative and clerical support

Experience:

• Customer service oriented

• Sales or Service Industry experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to multitask

• Must be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and external customers

• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends.

• Must ensure appropriate protocols are followed.

• Must be responsible for clinic Inventory and laser maintenance.

This is a part-time position. Compensation is hourly based, plus SPIFFs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week

• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Health coaching: 1 year (Preferred)

• Weight loss sales and service: 1 year (Required)
