Accounts Receivable Associate
The Accounts Receivable Associate is an important part of the Guardian Access Solutions’ Accounting team; responsible for generating the monthly invoices, receiving payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in preparing accounts receivable billings for service tickets
- Sort and file accounts receivable invoices
- Apply payments to proper invoices
- Obtain credit card receipts and reconcile to monthly credit card statements
- Work with customers to address accounts receivable issues
- Provides supplemental support to the Accounts Payable team when necessary
- Maintain current customer contact information
- Print and mail monthly statements
- Maintain vendor files including COIs
- Provides Sales Representatives with their outstanding Jobs and balances in collection
- Regular and punctual attendance at work and provides appropriate flexibility
- Adherence to safety guidelines and policies
- Other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 months of Accounts Receivable experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, exhibit reliability, and display flexibility in responsibilities
- Possess fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, while demonstrating a reasonable level of tech-savviness
- Ability to perform independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and demonstrating a willingness to undergo on-the-job training as necessary
- As a condition of employment, employer will conduct a background check and drug screen prior to hire
- Ability to understand, speak and write English
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

- Compensation Range: based on experience
- Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM onsite
- PTO and Holiday pay provided
- Weekly payroll

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a fast-paced office, attached to a warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Occasional need to travel to other locations as necessary.
