Access Elevator, a regional leader in the accessibility industry, is dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Design & Sales Consultant to provide innovative solutions for potential and current clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, respond to, and win projects - identify bid opportunities, prepare bids, negotiate
- Provide on-site consultations with clients to deliver customized product solution recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Oversee project coordination from consult through sales and installation
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals
- Stay updated with the latest accessibility technology and architectural design trends.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Provide guidance and support throughout the design implementation process.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 5 or more years sales experience
- Proven experience as a Design Consultant or similar role
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Elevator industry experience and knowledge of industry standards and regulations preferred
Education:
- Highschool or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
