Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring efficient scheduling for service technicians.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with maintaining schedules and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements.
• Organize and lead project meetings, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage resource allocation to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Proactively address service-related concerns with clients, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Today, Access Elevator president, Sean Fenton, leads the salesforce, office staff, and maintenance technicians in delivering quality solutions our customers can depend on.
