Role Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic services to 9-12 students directly within a school setting. You’ll work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community resources to support student wellness and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and administration to support student development.
- Serve as a liaison between families and outside support services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in the state of Missouri.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
