Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our staffing agency, ensuring that
our processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s objectives. This role
involves managing a team, improving operational workflows, maintaining client satisfaction, and
ensuring that the highest standards of staffing are met. The Operations Manager will collaborate
with various departments to optimize processes and drive the success of our staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the staffing agency, ensuring efficient placement of healthcare
professionals in a timely manner. Monitor all internal processes to improve workflows and reduce
inefficiencies.
• Staff Management:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and support staff. Provide guidance, training,
and development opportunities to ensure optimal team performance.
• Client Relations:
Foster strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and
ensuring that we meet or exceed their expectations. Act as a primary point of contact for key
client accounts.
• Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare staffing regulations, including licensure,
certifications, and staffing standards. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and implement
necessary changes within the agency.
• Recruitment & Placement Support:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely sourcing, vetting, and placement of
healthcare professionals across various specialties and roles. Ensure that staffing is adequately
meeting client demands.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success. Regularly
report on team performance, client satisfaction, and staffing efficiency.
• Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee the budgeting and allocation of resources to support operational needs. Ensure
cost-effective management while maintaining high standards of service.
• Process Improvement:
Continuously assess current operational procedures and implement process improvements to enhance
the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
Address operational issues and client concerns promptly. Resolve staffing challenges, including
scheduling issues, gaps in coverage, or performance problems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
(preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational management role within the staffing or
healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing regulations, compliance, and industry best
practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with staffing management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
