Job Description
- FT CRNA needed in Central Arkansas.
- The anesthesia team will is composed of 4 MDs and 20 CRNAs.
- Call, Non-Call, 12 hour and Job share positions available
- CRNAs services are very autonomous but MD backup is available when needed.
- Daily staffing grid is 2 MDs and 12 CRNAs.
- Call Team Compensation will be 300,000 / year with 10 weeks of time off.
- Once fully staffed post call will 13th provider to help with morning blocks.
- Income potential of $360,000 is possible while still getting 10 weeks off annually.
- Non-Call provider annual compensation will be $255,000 / yr with 8 weeks of time off is included in the non - call team compensation packages.
- Job-Share 6am-6pm annual compensation for 26 Weeks will be $245,000 per year.
- Both provider compensation packages will be paid on a 1099.
- Will cover all provider malpractice insurance. Group rate, health, dental, vision, and life insurance options are available.
- Full-service hospital that has a diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. The OB department averages approximately 85 deliveries a month and the CRNAs do all the epidurals and spinals for OB.
Salary : $245,000 - $255,000
