Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in maintaining meaningful employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Educate and assist individuals with developmental disabilities and autism in maintaining employment
- Collaborate with employers and Employment Specialist to address any training gaps and ensure clients maintain job opportunities
- Provide job coaching and mentoring to clients in the workplace
Experience
- Previous experience working with people with a disability is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
