Job Description

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk area of the office and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage the front desk area and keep it clean and organized
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
