We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Celebration, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be passionate about providing exceptional support to our customers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High call volume experience a plus
Salary : $15,000
