We are seeking a highly skilled Property Preservation Expert to join our team at Access Management. The successful candidate will have experience in property preservation and a strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED and Two(2) years Facilities/Residential maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Pool maintenance experience preferred.
A valid Georgia driver's license is required.

- Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of the Company.
- Handling all aspects of maintenance for the community, including general upkeep, cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and amenity maintenance.
- Preserving the value of the community by consistently executing on preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitoring and directing scheduling of all maintenance personnel and vendors to company policies and procedures.
