Job Summary:
Our Scheduling department plays an important role in fulfilling our clients’ needs by coordinating specimen draw services and supplies for their patients. In this role, you will be a support team member between our clients and their patients, providing exceptional service and support to foster customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
- Providing information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Resolving issues by addressing complaints, concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Prepare daily shipments by assembling and packaging items using appropriate packing materials
- Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
- Maintaining a positive attitude with clients and coworkers to build rapport and customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Following company policies, guidelines, and protocols for customer interactions, data privacy, and security protocols
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by the supervisor
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Prior Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience is a plus
- Comfortability answering phones and greeting clients
- Tech savvy – strong computer skills, including data entry and medical software
- Experience using UPS shipping software (Worldship) is a plus
- Understands the value in maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to quickly retain and recall information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
