About the Role:
Access Medical Labs is seeking an experienced, versatile, and creative Visual Designer/Marketing Creative to join our team at Access Medical Laboratories. This position requires a dynamic individual who can develop innovative multimedia designs that effectively and visually communicate our brand story. This position is key to conceptualizing, producing, and executing impactful creative deliverables across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business strategies. This role is within the Marketing Department and reports to the Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate has a "big picture" mentality and will play a huge role in developing the visual language that defines the Access brand.
What You'll Do:
· Execute a refresh of our brand assets, transitioning to a more modern luxury aesthetic across all media (within the first year).
· Manage the day-to-day creative requirements of marketing and ad-hoc creative requests from multiple departments.
· Concept and develop a creative approach for assigned projects, reinforcing the organization’s overall brand positioning, and ensuring consistency of brand standards.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team to align creative execution with strategic business goals.
· Create visual mock-ups and iterate on designs based on team feedback, customer feedback, and data.
· Create visual designs across a wide range of media, including landing pages, websites, digital advertising, social media, short-form video, infographics, tradeshow exhibits, print collateral (brochures, flyers, catalogs, etc.), and short-form video content, including reels, and social videos.
· Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects to develop designs that meet project goals.
· Ensure all design work is high-quality and error-free and serves to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement across all touchpoints.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and incorporate them into design work as appropriate.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance creative processes to drive quality improvements and efficiency.

· Presentation Proficiency – Able to provide polished presentations demonstrating alignment of creative approach and strategic requirements.
· Understanding of Consumer Experience – Familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives a consumer action.
· Knowledge of Marketing/Design Trends – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends.
· Time & Project Management - Must have excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to work consecutively on multiple projects under tight deadlines
· Creativity and Passion– Be passionate and take pride in creating quality work and be authentic personally and professionally.
· Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding or other related field
· 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Branding
· Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
· Experience with website design
· Strong knowledge of print production
· Strong portfolio that displays versatility and multimedia design experience (print, web, social, video, illustration, brand identity design)
· Excellent and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Illustration experience
· HTML, CSS, and Hubspot experience is a big plus
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
