Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and function.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans for each patient
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to enhance patient mobility and strength
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications:
- DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
- Clinical experience in orthopedics or a related field
- Current CT license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license
