We are a company providing communication access services through real-time captioning and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services. We focus on providing access for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind individuals in a wide variety of situations as we provide important access to meet inclusion needs and goals. Our primary clients are educational institutions, governmental entities, and other businesses and organizations seeking to empower hearing impaired individuals with access through captioning and American Sign Language (ASL) services.

Position Details: Office Assistant / Business Operations Support
Location: Saint James, MN
Position/Classification: Part-time or full-time onsite position will be considered. Average of 20-30 hours per week is ideal.
Starting Compensation: $15-$18 per hour
Hours: Any scheduled hours generally fall between 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility and ability to adjust hours to meet special project needs, when possible, is preferred.
Preferred Experience and Education:
· 1-4 years of college
· Experience in Customer Service/Operations
· Basic Bookkeeping Experience
· Social Media Experience
· Marketing Experience
Required Tasks and Skills:
· Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems and programs
· Focus on service and exceptional support to clients and staff
· Ability to analyze and suggest operating practices to improve efficiency
· Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
· Exceptional communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
· Enjoy thinking creatively and proactively
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite applications
Responsibilities:
· Providing day-to-day administrative and operations support to the CEO and staff
· Maintaining a schedule of projects and events which require captioning and ASL services
· Organizing and managing daily workflow and keeping filing requirements current
· Providing assistance on special projects or events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
